UngFAPS

The Portuguese Youth Association in Sweden - UngFAPS - is a Swedish non-profit association lead by and catered to young Portuguese and Portuguese descendants, and it’s the entity behind the Frames - Portuguese Film Festival. It’s the branch of FAPS - the Federation of Portuguese Associations in Sweden - dedicated to a younger audience of Portuguese, Luso-descendants and people who are interested in Portuguese culture and language.

UngFAPS promotes activities that convey Portuguese culture and language throughout the world, and in particular within Sweden, the flagship event of Ung Faps being the Frames Portuguese Film Festival.

It often collaborates in the organization of different events, with other associations such as:

• Lusitânia APE,

• LER,

• União de Portugueses de Gotemburgo

For only 30SEK/year*, it’s easy to become a member
and show your support for UngFAPS initiatives!

Membership lasts until the 31st of December of each year. As a member, you get the chance to get your voice and suggestions heard within the association, as well as the opportunity to participate in our activities at a preferential rate (like Frames reduced price tickets!).
You will also receive a newsletter with our updates and events so you never miss a Noite de Fados or the opportunity to eat a Pastel de Bacalhau.
